“My wife and I were very pleased with our latest remodel project. Our project included a kitchen and bath remodel as well as a screen porch addition. We contacted Sanjay to see if he would give us a quote. Shortly after contacting him, he met with us and a decorator who gave us very good advice and useful ideas. He responded timely with his estimate which was clear and fair. Sanjay stayed close to every detail associated with our project, communicating frequently and timely with both us and his sub contractors. When we had change orders, he would always give us the cost and time estimate.
One thing that stood out to us was the timely way that the project was handled. His subcontractors were on site each day, completing the work professionally and without delay. Sanjay frequently physically inspected the progress and quality of work . He also responded with text and phone calls. We never had to wait for a returned text or call. Sanjay is a man of his word and takes significant pride in the work that he represents. We have done several remodeling projects in the past. This one was by far the easiest and best one that we have ever done. We would highly recommend him to anyone building a new home or doing a remodel. ”
